Classes for Basic CPR/AED/First Aid are available for various dates and times at either Central Park or Nienhuis Park Community Center.
Food Handlers Permit? The Tulsa Health Department holds class once a month at the Center.
A Broken Arrow Parks ID is required for all patrons 10 and older choosing to use the center. The first Parks ID is free. Each duplicate card issued is $5. A photo ID (driver’s license, school ID, etc.) must be presented by patrons 16 and older along with the Broken Arrow Parks & Recreation ID Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian; if under the age of 18. Patrons that are 10 -15 years of age are also required to have the Broken Arrow Parks & Recreation ID Form filled out and signed by a parent/guardian to use the facility; no photo ID is required. The Parks ID is interchangeable between the Central Park Community Center and Nienhuis Park Community Center for admittance.
